Wrafton Pond - 2 Little Grebe and Cetti`s heard.
On the field pond on t`other side of Tarka Trail, 1 male Shoveler and Kingfisher.

Velator pond - just inside gate on right - 4 Water Pipits. All sporting nice grey heads with distinct white eye stripe and undersides beginning to pink up.
09:00 Sherpa Pond
1 Whooper Swan with 31 Mutes. The Whooper was doing a lot of head bobbing and making soft whooping calls. 3 Snipe; several Cetti`s heard but only 1 seen; 4 Little Egret; 1 Little Grebe; 2 male Gadwall; the pair of Pintail; just 2 Sand Martin; 10 Reed Bunting; 1 Buzzard; 2 Grey Heron and best `til last - 1 Little Ringed Plover which I disturbed from the embankment side of the pond and which flew off towards Braunton Marshes.
