Stoat and Hare - among the contenders for 'bird' of the day!
Genarally a disappointing day. Seawatch produced a nice s/p Black-throated Diver, but other than 10 Common Scoters and 3 Carrion Crows in off, not much else. Best of the rest included both Water Pipits still (one now well into s/p), 2 Wheatears, 2 Black Redstarts, Blackcap and 37 Chiffchaffs. First of the year (for me) Holly Blue and Painted Lady butterflies added a little colour.
