Prawle etc... yesterday 24/3

A lazy ( 8am start) 2 hour seawatch in breezy NE winds and blue sky with sunshine produced one summer plumaged Great Northern Diver , 4 Sandwich Terns close (smart pristine summer plumaged-my first this spring) , and 6 Common Scoter all flying east. Also one Harbour Porpoise and Grey Seal. Near the point 4 Wheatears ( incl 2 smart males). Half a dozen singing Chiffchaffs around the car park and 2 Peacock Butterflies.

Later at Beesands of interest a male Pintail.
