Orcombe Point - 0700 - at long last a wheatear - was beginning to think it wasn't going to happen! You can usually rely on an early one on Orcombe but not this year. Also 3+ chiffchaff, 1 blackcap, c50+ meadow pipit, 1 firecrest ( first 2012 record), c15+ linnet, 2+ siskin and 1 redpoll sp east. Also the four eider offshore still.
Mudbank - West Lodge - 7+ sandwich tern, 24 little egret, 8 pale-bellied brent goose and the yellow-browed warbler in the usual spot at 1440.
