Seaton Area

A cracking adult Greenland White-fronted Goose was on Colyford Marsh this morning, although I couldn't see it half an hour ago. A first for the patch!

Also this morning, at 08:55 a Lapland Bunting flew low west over Axe Cliff, a Spotted Redshank was also on Colyford Marsh, and our first Cetti's Warbler of the year (the cold winter wasn't good news for them here!) was at Lower Bruckland Ponds late morning - very vocal (calling) and obviously a migrant.

No sign of the Richard's Pipit in Beer, although we didn't give it long.

Non-bird news; 10+ Bottle-nosed Dolphins off Axe Cliff.

EDIT: Just had a text from Ian Mc, the Goose is still there.
