Axe Estuary

The Whooper Swan still on the river when I left at 18:20, N of the tower hide. It did have a little fly round, bugling gently, so may be a bit restless. Most unusual was an adult Arctic Tern on the river all evening. More predictable were 2 Med Gulls (adult and 1st-winter) and a dark-mantled large 2nd/maybe 3rd-winter type gull which had me stumped.
