Yelland roost at high tide this morning: 283 Oystercatcher, 36 Whimbrel, 28 Dunlin, 9 Ringed Plover, 2 Grey Plover, 69 Bar-tailed Godwit, 4 Knot (three in almost full summer plumage), two Wheater, a handful of Sand Martins and one Swift. Also several singing Whitethroats and Sedge Warblers, one Cetti's and one Lesser Whitethroat.
