A very pleasant calm morning found more birds on the sea than for some weeks .
The first SLAVONIAN GREBE of the winter together with a RED THROATED DIVER, 2 COMMON SCOTER, 3 GUILLEMOT, 20 RAZORBILL.
On the beach this afternoon waders were 7 SANDERLING, 4 RINGED PLOVER, 1 TURNSTONE.
On the rocks by the flats a female BLACK REDSTART ( ringed on rt leg )
A LAPWING on South Huish Marsh was a new arrival,.
No change to birds on Thurlestone Marsh until 17.15 when there were 2 BLACK TAILED GODWIT
