Early Sandwich Tern, this morning when walking around Bowling
Green/Goatwalk I saw a Sandwich Tern sitting and preening on a bouy off the
Goatwalk at 09.45. After about 5mins a Bh Gull flew in and chased it off, where
it flew off down the Exe towards the Turf. I returned again around Mid-day to
look again but it was not seen again. Although the R b Goose was in Bowling
Green with c. 250 Brent Geese.
