My hunt for the 1st wint Red-breasted Goose, a winter passtime, was a success today with great views at Darts Fram. Also 980 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, 10 Reed Buntings, 70 Linnet, 140 Wigeon, 45 Curlew and 165 Black-tailed Godwits.
A drive to Dawlish Warren with a quick stop at Starcross golf course, produced another 380 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, different from those above I am sure.
Finally Dawlish produced the female Surf Scotor, 2 Slavonian Grebes, 1 Black-necked Grebe, 7 Great Crested Grebes and 20+ Razorbill's.
