Upottery Airfield, Smeatharpe

A pleasant surprise in finding a Little Owl this evening sitting in the window of one of the barns enjoying the evening sun. Wheatears continue to feature with 4 tonight along with 50 linnets and 150+ skylarks. 43 golden plover circled around but the disturbance from somebody in a landrover who has watched too much Top Gear was too much for them and they flew off north east.
