After a week of illness, finally venturing out. Wednesday evening, 21st, 16 wheatears present but no sign of any whinchats as the farmer was cutting their favoured field.
This evening just 4 wheatears and 2 whinchat along with 80+ linnet, 30+ meadow pipits, 20+ goldfinch, 10 stock doves and 4 raven.
