Start Point in a SW force 8, heavy rain, its a lot harder than Berry Head (from experience). After the brolly had turned itself inside out for the 10th time and finally broke the birds started to come through..... and if it was not for Berry Head.... the 2nd highest Balearic passage!

Seawatch 07:00-19:00, wind SW8 with heavy rain, backing SSW7 before veering W7: 3 Great Shearwaters (first, v.close 09:26, 2nd distant 15:10, 3rd mid-range 15:26), 18 Sooty Shearwaters, 238 Balearic Shearwaters (most in the last 4 hours), 930 Manx Shearwaters, 105 European Storm-petrels, Puffin, 2 Guillemot, 11 Razorbills, 4 Common Scoter, 3 Arctic Skuas, 1 Bonxie, Sandwich Tern, 4 Common Tern.
