A sea watch from Seaton 06:50 - 08:30 showed (all west); 2 Common Scoter, 297 Gannet, 8 Manx Shearwater, 41 Balearic Shearwater, 7 Shearwater sp., 1 Pom Skua (immature at 07:20), 2 Artic Skua, 40 Kittiwake, 3 Sandwich Tern, 1 Common Tern, 2 Arctic Tern and 6 commic Tern.
By 08:30 the wind seemed to have turned more westerly, and the clouds cleared to give way to brighter conditions - passage all but dried up. Another short sea watch from 09:30 confirmed things were a lot quieter!
