Yesterday (Saturday 10/9), Seawatching from 06.30 - 12.00 (with John Lambert and Tony Marchese); 720 Gannets, 4 Sooty, 107 Manx and 12 Balearic Shearwaters, 54 Common Scoters, Pomarine and Arctic Skua, 4 Sandwich Terns, 2 'Commic' Terns.
Predictably, landbird totals were low, comprising 4 Wheatears, 3 Whinchats, 2 Sedge Warblers, Blackcap, 4 Whitethroats and 8 Chiffchaffs. Along the front were 3 Ringed Plovers and a 2nd winter Med Gull.

(Update for 4/9, (the large fall day) - John Lambert covered a different part of the area to me and added 21 Spotted Flycatchers and c30 Wheatears to the day's total, bringing the totals of these species to 39 and 230+ respectively).
