A gentle walk Thursday morning along the top paths from Castle Drogo towards Fingle Bridge was quiet but produced a family party of Garden Warblers in bracken with the two adults collecting bugs etc from the bracken and feeding the juveniles. One of the adults came onto bracken within 10 metres in very clear view. There was another Garden Warbler singing at a different location.
