The Woodchat Shrike was still visible this afternoon, despite quite rough and damp conditions at times. Standing by the footpath intersection sign above Horseley Cove and looking inland, I was able to see it in the tall hedgerow on right at back of of the field, which would give some shelter from E/NE winds.Also 10 Whimbrel on the shore, and at Strete Gate on the way back, 12 Bartailed Godwits .
