Spoonbill again this afternoon, between the lagoon & railway line.
I managed to read the colour-ring and perhaps unsurprisingly it is 'FJ9', the Spainish-born bird first seen as a first-year on the Exe in September 2007 and seen in the county on several occasions since.
Also: 8 white-fronted geese still today and a male merlin yesterday (Sunday)
