A ringtail Hen Harrier being mobbed by Crows flew from Hawkerland Common over to Aylesbeare Common this morning.
One Purple Sandpiper was on Chit Rocks in Sidmouth. A proper scan would probably have yielded more.
The male Black Redstart was still on the new buildings above Shelly Beach in Exmouth. The Long-tailed Duck could also be seen distantly on the other side of the estuary from here. Three Goldeneye and a Slavonian Grebe also viewable off Shelley Beach.
