R. Caen & Horsey Island 11:20-14:10

Kingfisher and Grey Wagtail at Velator Quay and a Water Pipit a bit further along the riverside footpath adjacent to the Toll House. Also: 13 Little Grebe, 2 Water Rail, 17 Snipe, 2 Bar-tailed Godiwt, 8 Greenshank and a handful of Fieldfares and Redwings. A Peregrine carrying unidentified prey was briefly chased by a Raven but the latter soon gave up the ghost.
