A good number of birds on the beach this morning with the low tide. With the usual Gulls there were, 12 Golden Plovers and 16 Lapwings and 1 Sanderling running around. On the marsh were a Water Rail, 35+ Teal, 3 Shovelers, 4 Mallards, 2 Coots and the highlight was a Jack Snipe (right) with 43 Common Snipe. Mike will have better pictures later.
