Much of marsh still frozen this afternoon despite rising air temperatures. 7 Gadwall on the sea, c.27 Teal on the marsh, 1 Water Rail feeding in the open on mud. No other duck present. At Woodhuish Farm nearby, still 8 Golden Plover and 9 Lapwing feeding in fields with Starlings, also 5-6 Stock Doves.
