Thurlestone Bay

With a WSW gale and very frequnt showers seawatching from the car 09.15-12.45 -Little in quantity but great quality.

09.20 a Liitle Auk flew east across the bay got caught by the gale and went straight over South Huish Marsh.(a site 1st)

09.45 a party of 10 Eider flew in from west, landed on the sea c50 yds off ,spent 2hrs in the Bay then flew east.- a site record.(7 female 3 juv male)
single Blk T Diver flew east . Flock of 25 Kittiwake landed on the sea before continuing east. 3 Common Scoter east all female.
