Dull and overcast with stiff SW breeze.
A wander from Dump C.P at the Skern, over to the Info Centre at Sandymere and back around to Skern along the shoreline threw up:-
c600 Golden Plover in flight.
8 Meadow Pipit.
1 Purple Sandpiper at the north edge of Sandymere pond.
4 Snow Buntings at edge of the pebble ridge in north corner of the pond.
c100 more Golden Plover, 1 Little Egret and 100s of Oystercatcher on the foreshore.
83 Brent on the Crow side of the estuary.
c40 Wigeon off the Skern.
