Walk across Powderham Marshes today (13.20 - 14.45) produced little, highlight
was single Female Pied Flycatcher in Oak tree next to the 'new' 5 bar
gate on path towards road. Feeding in typical flycatcher style for about
10mins, it flew off towards the adjacent line of trees, alongside the cattle
field towards the Swans Nest pub. Could see/ hear no sign of it after walk back
past an hour later.
