Exmouth Purple Sandpipers

Actually, following on from Matt's post below, I quickly browsed though my old records, and yes, it was about 20 years ago when I last saw any birds hanging around within the actual Exmouth parish boundary. Again Maer Rocks was the favoured locality, but previous to that I have seen them on rocks at Orcombe Point. The most recent record I have was of a single bird flying close in past Orcombe Point on 9 May 2005!
