Otter Estuary
A quiet morning with the highlights being 9 Teal, a drake Gadwall and a yellow colour-ringed Shelduck (HV) ringed on the Axe (the first to be sighted outside of the Axe!). However, this evening was the real shock as a 1st winter Bonaparte's Gull showed well in the rain! First found from the hide on the west side of the estuary and later feeding on the sand bar/mud at the mouth of the estuary in the company of a few black-headed gulls. Some record shots below taken in poor light and rain!
