Braunton

Ah the rewards of a morning spent in the garden! A Song Thrush belting out it's song for about an hour, plus the odd Chiffchaff, Wren and Chaffinch adding to the general spring warmth in the air. Then at midday all the Gulls started shouting at something, and I rushed for the binoculars to watch an Osprey circling above the house and moving off north. That's two weeks earlier than the one I saw over the house two years ago.
