30% cloud cover, moderate to fresh northeast wind.
07:15-10:30, Car Park / Farm / Top Fields. No shelter except part of farm garden.
Just 3 Goldcrests and a Chiffchaff in the farm. Great Spotted Woodpecker and Fieldfare present. Best of the small number of finches heading northwest early on were 4 Siskins, 5 Brambling and 2 Lesser Redpolls. In the top fields were c100 each of Skylark and Pied Wagtail plus a Reed Bunting.
